Finding time to fit in a sandwich let alone a Zumba class is a struggle for many new mums and dads.

Plus if you’re trying to fit in work, household chores and everything else required in running a family home, getting back into shape after having a baby is often placed at the bottom of the priority list.

But there are some clubs across Surrey that allow parents to bring their children along with them, including babies, so you don’t have to give it up fitness completely.

From pilates and yoga to tone and strengthen your body, to aerobics, buggy fitness and bootcamp, there is a class to suit everyone.

3. Fit Mummy Club

These are outdoor exercise classes for mums in Reigate.

Originally from Dorking, mother of two Pip Skinner moved to Reigate and launched HIIT training sessions for busy mums.

Babies and kids are welcome at all the daytime weekday classes but plenty of mums come to the small group and HIIT classes without kids.
