Keep your Kids and Teens active with our No Excuses Program. We are offering an after-school Youth Program on Monday & Wednesday and Teen Program 13-17 on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30pm,taught by Personal Trainers. Class with cover athletic fitness drills, strength, kick boxing, yoga, nutrition, and education on importance of being active. Our athletes love the speed and agility drills no matter which sport(s) they are in and even kids who aren’t in a particular sport love them because they are fun. Price per participant $120.00 for the month. Payment plans are available
