Kourtney Kardashian tries to be as healthy as she can be. Though her sister, Khloé Kardashian, is arguably the fittest of the family, Kourtney Kardashian is the one who does her best to fuel her body with the healthiest, most natural foods possible. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has a few go-to breakfast meals; here’s exactly what she eats to start her day.

Kardashian has tried many different dietary lifestyles

Kardashian has always cared about the foods that go into her body. She’s tried many different dietary restrictions, including gluten free, dairy free, organic-only, and more. Today, Kardashian eats most foods but focuses on moderation, though she still has a past of feeding her kids some bizarre meals.

Kardashian lets her kids indulge, but she also wants them to live their healthiest lives, too. She once admitted on her app that she bakes extra gluten- and dairy-free cupcakes any time her kids go to birthday parties. She also largely serves them almond milk rather than regular dairy.

She enjoys easy breakfasts

Kardashian is sure to eat breakfast every day, but when your life is as hectic as hers, it’s not always feasible to have a sit-down meal. For her busiest days, Kardashian reportedly relies on a three-ingredient smoothie. She blends avocado, coconut milk, and Manuka honey or dates together to create a smoothie packed with vitamins and minerals. Smoothies are a great way to get a boost of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants on the go, though it’s important to blend ingredients that complement each other’s flavors. We’ve tried plenty of smoothies in our day that taste like mud.

Whenever Kardashian has some free time, she opts for a more substantial breakfast that isn’t entirely liquid. The reality star and mother of three recently posted a photo of what appeared to be a homemade breakfast dish to her Instagram story. It consisted of avocado, potatoes, and eggs.

The avocado was seasoned with pepper, and the eggs were scrambled; Kardashian likely doesn’t add salt to her meals, though lightly seasoning with pepper adds more flavor without any additional health risk. The dish was also garnished with some kind of herb. Kardashian likely doesn’t get much time to herself with three kids, but she does find time to make sure she’s eating a hearty breakfast.

The Kardashians live healthy lives in the spotlight

Everyone knows who the Kardashians are, and they’ve created a specific image for themselves through the years that they need to keep up with. The women all eat incredibly healthy foods and spend plenty of time working out. Kardashian hits the gym with her sisters every now and then, and though it’s unclear exactly how much time she spends at the gym, both Kim and Khloé Kardashian work out for 90 minutes each day — Kourtney likely dedicates somewhere around that amount of time, too.

Though Kourtney Kardashian is 40, she definitely doesn’t look it. And many people might question her past dietary habits, but clearly, she knows what she’s doing. She’s the only family member who hasn’t had any work done to her face, and she arguably looks the best for her age.
