A panel of judges have ruled against Trump, and determined soap and sleep are essential to the health and welfare of his caged migrant kids.

The AP reported:
“Assuring that children eat enough edible food, drink clean water, are housed in hygienic facilities with sanitary bathrooms, have soap and toothpaste, and are not sleep-deprived are without doubt essential to the children’s safety,” the panel wrote.

The ruling followed a June hearing where a U.S. government lawyer said the agreement was vague and didn’t necessarily require that a toothbrush and soap be provided to children during brief stays in custody. The government argued that such requirements would be changing the agreement.

The federal government of the United States of America tried to argue that children who are separated from their parents and caged are not required to have soap and toothpaste. The government also argued that they should be allowed to torture children by depriving them of sleep.

It is common sense that any child needs hygienic conditions and a safe sleeping environment for safety and survival.

The idea that Trump is trying to play the tough guy on immigration by harming children is not an exaggeration.

This is not what is the United States is, but it is what Trump is trying to make it become.

The acts of cruelty in our name can only be stopped in totality by electing a new president in 2020.
