Stacey Solomon has impressed her followers on Instagram – with her top sleep hack for helping people keep cool overnight.
The UK has seen temperatures rising as high as the late 30s, but it’s meant humid sticky heat late at night.
It seems like we’re all willing to try anything to get a decent night’s sleep and the Loose Women star has come to the rescue for her own delightful hack.
After posting a picture of her two youngest sons fast asleep on her chest, Stacey explained: “Going to carry them to bed and then have a nice cool bath.”
Afterwards Stacey shared a snap of a “cool bath” she was having to help her fall asleep.
The pretty snap on Instagram Stories showed a chilled bubble bath filled with petal leaves, relaxing candles and an ice-filled drink for Stacey to sip. She captioned the pic ‘mummy time’.
The 30-year-old mum of three is known for her various parenting, cleaning and DIY hacks.
Earlier that day, Stacey who is mum to Zachary, 12, Leighton, eight, and one year-old Rex, shared a video of her jet washing her patio and turning the water on her eldest boys to cool them down.
“Killing two birds with one stone. A fun activity for the children and my patio is getting a clean.”
Anticipating criticism, she added: “Don’t worry they are far away and it’s on the softest spray.”

The success of her cheeky hacks, which have helped build up her army of 3.6million Instagram followers, has led to Stacey having a meeting with publishers about a book deal.
The former X Factor star revealed the news on her social media account after she had to “run off to the woods” to calm down.
“I’ve run off to the woods. I have a meeting with publishers today about writing a book. It will be about all things organising, crafting and snacking. I’m so so so nervous, I have come into the woods to do it and Joe is looking after the pickles.”
The star is in a relationship with ex Eastenders actor Joe Swash – dad to Rex.
After her successful video meeting, Stacey told her followers: “Oh my gosh, I have come off of the call and I have never felt so overwhelmed with your messages.
“I’m staying in the woods until I stop crying. Honestly, knowing that you all have my back and are wishing me and our family the best in life is just a feeling I can’t describe.”
