Here’s what Mike Richardson has to say about Morning Flow VInyasa Yoga:

“Yoga is a great way to start the day, it wakes my mind and body up, big time! Chazz’s class is challenging in a good way. Her class is what you make of it, you do what you are capable of doing and she allows you to do that. What most guys don’t realize about yoga – it is extremely challenging but yet accessible – you do it at your own level. Chazz is an amazing instructor. I’ve been doing this for 3 years and at first I thought I was pretty terrible at it, but then realized it’s a process to become both strong and flexible and a journey to connect the movements to your breath. There aren’t very many guys in the class, but they should check it out! I love hitting a heavy bag, and do water walking, too, but this class stays with you.” Thanks, Mike, we appreciate your kind words!
