What is it: Head here for a kickboxing-themed workout that combines cardio, circuit training and more in, you guessed it, nine rounds. There’s a wrecking-ball bag, speed bag, horizontal bag, jump rope and punches with a trainer.

There’s no formal class time. The circuit training runs on three-minute intervals, so you can show up at any time, said Geoff Rich, 9Round co-owner.
