In this class kids will gain enhanced concentration, self confidence, fine tune gross motor skills, increase flexibility, build strength while also connecting with their mind + body + soul. Kids learn how to take flight in a safe, fun, nurturing environment. The benefits are endless. VEGA AERIAL FIT FUSION classes draws from Pilates, Barre. Yoga, Ballet, Aerial Arts and Suspension Training techniques using an aerial fabric suspended from the ceiling for support. Classes are small allowing for focused attention.
