Because you just want to know.

The Kardashian family chef, Sara Motamedi has opened up about what the world’s most famous family feeds its kids. Speaking to Hollywood Life about Kim Kardashian and her famous sisters, Motamedi dished on the dishes – literally.

Who is Sara Motamedi anyway?

As it turns out, Motamedi isn’t a fancy hired chef with a string of nutritional degrees. She’s simply Kris Jenner‘s neighbor. Sara knocked on Kris’ door with her mouthwatering cinnamon rolls one day, and the rest is history.

Oat-Crusted Chicken Tenders & All That Gluten-Free Stuff

The gluten-free menu will likely be of no surprise to fans of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.” 40-year-old Kourtney Kardashian is, after all, the queen of all things gluten-free.

As to the chicken tenders?

“We did oat-crusted chicken tenders,” Sara said. “They didn’t know it was oat-crusted. They ate it up,” Sara said.

“The other thing they love, is they love steak. I’ve made filet for them, seared and baked for them in the oven. They love that. Gluten-free pasta I make for them, mac and cheese, gluten-free. They have a beautiful palate because they’re surrounded by these adults that eat all this great food,” she added.

‘Picky’ Over Fish & Chicken (But Otherwise A Pleasure)

It turns out that the Kardashian-Jenner clan aren’t all that fussy when it comes to what lands on their plates. Their parents might be a different story, but Sara’s words suggested that the likes of North, Saint, Chicago, Mason, Reign, and the rest are only slightly picky.

“They’re not picky eaters. Some of the kids are picky with maybe fish or chicken, but they eat everything. Everybody pretty much eats everything. Nothing is really banned unless they’re allergic to it,” Sara revealed.

“But they like clean, healthy cooking. They all eat everything as long as it’s clean, organic. They all love organic food. Kourtney is all about organic and gluten-free is very important to her.”

Cherry Rice Is A Thing

Sara’s culinary skills also appear to include unusual dishes, as she revealed.

“I made cherry rice for them once and Mason and Penelope were a little like ‘Cherry rice?'”

“And they had a few friends over. That became everyone’s favorite. Nobody had thought of sweet cherry rice and it was everyone’s favorite.”

Sara also let the media outlet know that she handles the increasingly-growing clan’s various dietary needs by checking with producers over who’s allergic to what.

As fans of Kourtney will likely know, nobody in the family has been diagnosed with an intolerance to gluten. The Poosh CEO’s gluten-free philosophies are a by choice deal.

What’s The Deal With Kourt’s Gluten-Free Living Anyway?

Kourtney took to her app back in 2016 to talk all things gluten-free.

“I have noticed a great positive change in behavior with my children when we stick to a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. I don’t think everyone needs to eat this way but we had muscle testing done, which showed we all have sensitivities to corn, gluten and dairy,” she wrote.

“Lunch is usually carrots and celery with hummus, plus a gluten-free rice tortilla with turkey meat or hot dogs.”

That said, the kids are photographed eating ice-cream a fair amount (especially eldest son Mason). It isn’t all rabbit food and lean meats.

The Girls ‘Aren’t Big Meat Eaters’

Sara concluded her interview with a few more examples of what she’s cooked for the KarJenner kids.

“We do sliders, we’ve done turkey burgers for them. They’re not big meat eaters, the girls, they don’t really eat too much red meat,” she stated.

Whether or not “the girls” referred to Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie (or the little ones) wasn’t clarified, but either way, we now know a lot more than we did. Kylie Jenner’s daughter Stormi wasn’t mentioned by name, but we already know this tot is a huge sushi fan.
