Chanel Iman and Sterling Shepard had so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. The beautiful couple already have a beautiful one-year-old daughter named Cali. Very soon, they’ll be welcoming another bundle of joy to the family.
Over the weekend, Iman and Shepard posted some photos from their baby shower, revealing they are having another girl.
“Blessed with another baby girl on the way,” Iman captioned a family portrait from her shower.
Iman and her girlfriends enjoyed a cozy winter wonderland themed baby shower complete with massages, a hot chocolate station and all the self-care treats a mama-to-be could want.
Iman and baby Cali rocked matching pink pajamas by luxury sleepwear brand Le Rose, which is every cozy girl’s dream.
Celebrity wellness maven and doula Latham Thomas help the expecting mommy usher in the good vibes and prepare for birth with a guided ritual baby blessing ceremony and meditation.
Back in August, Iman revealed on Instagram that she and her husband were expecting their second child. “Excited to announce we will be a family of four soon,” she said announcing the news. Iman and Shepard got married in a beautiful ceremony in Los Angeles in March 2018. Famous wedding guests included Gabrielle Union, Chrissy Teigen, Odell Beckham, Jr., and Joan Smalls.
ESSENCE recently caught up with Iman to get the inside scoop on what life is really like now that she’s become a mother. “I’ve been modeling for a long time –since I was 14-years-old– and I’m so happy and at a great place in my life, and I love being around my family and being able to provide for my baby girl,” she said at the time.
